step One -
Coaster Starting Point
We stock 6 shapes and sizes of coasters which
are our most popular. Don't like our stock shapes?
Thanks to our fancy CNC Knife Cutting machine,
we can cut just about any shape you can think of.
All we need is a file, photo, or doodle.
Note: Custom shapes do require a higher MOQ
and may take us a week or two longer to make.
step Two -
Next Step : COLOR
We stock 13 different leathers colors, all of which
are veg tanned right here in the USA at a Tannery
called Wickett & Craig. All leather is full grain which
means that that the grain of the leather is natural
which results in all sorts are natural character. The
leathers come in a SEMI-GLOSSY (TH) or MATTE (EB)
Finish
final step -
Last Stop - Select Stamping Style
First you have to choose wether you would like a
deboss or a Foil Stamp. A deboss is when we press
your logo into the leather using heat and pressure.
This is a nice subtple option. Foil is when we heat
transfer a color onto the leather and then deboss it
in. Foil stamping is pretty damn durable and will
stand up to just about anything!.
